Townsville Pet Resort Project
The Pressure Washing Company recently completed a 5 day project at Townsville Pet Resort. During this multi-stage project, we systematically cleaned 6 kennel roofs, all of the concrete footpaths around the resort, and the concrete and roof surfaces at the residence on the property.

Scope of Works
We were engaged by Townsville Pet Resort to restore both the roofs and ground surfaces across their facility. The job served as regular maintenance but was all timed to coincide with their photography shoot, so quality assurance was very important. The project involved cleaning six shed roofs totaling 870m², the residential premises and its associated concrete, and footpath concrete surfaces adding up to 480m². Our plan combined pressure washing, soft wash techniques, and biocide treatments.
Project Challenges
The project faced an unforeseen hurdle - the mould buildup was far more stubborn than typical. This meant that both the roofs and concrete required additional chemical treatments and repeat cleaning passes to reach our standards. This extended our timeframe from the planned 2.5–3 days to approximately 4.5–5 days.
Our Commitment and The Outcome
Despite the extended timeline, we stood by our original quote. The client paid the agreed amount, and we absorbed the extra labour costs, ensuring that the final result met our high standards. We take pride in delivering guaranteed satisfaction, even when challenges arise.
By the end, the Pet Resort had pristine roofs and refreshed concrete areas, with residual mould spores neutralised to slow future regrowth. The project stands as a testament to our commitment. No corners cut, just a job done right, no matter the time it takes.
