Car park surface cleaning - Cranbrook
The team delivered a project for Billy Lids Kindy in Cranbrook, which focused around cleaning their car park. We also cleaned the concrete areas around the property, pressure washed the play area rubber, and re-painted the car park lines which had faded.
The crew at Billy Lids Kindy did previously have somebody helping with their external cleaning, but the job had become too much for them. They engaged The Pressure Washing Company to attend outside of trading hours to minimise disruption to their business.

Commercial/Industrial - Wulguru
This project was our largest one to date. The team spent approximately 10 working days delivering this beast, it was very satisfying seeing it all come together.
This job involved a deep and thorough clean of surfaces that hadn't seen the light of day in years. The industrial unit was previously occupied by Wulguru Group, a household name for people who have grown up in Townsville and the largest steel fabrication and engineering company in Northern Australia.
The scope for this project included the surface cleaning of in excess of 3000m2 of concrete surfaces. It had an element of scrap metal collection and disposal, and also vegetation management. The goal was to prepare the property for handover after Wulguru Group relocated to their new premises in Stuart, Qld.
We used heavy chemical application on this one, as there was years of built up oil, dirt, rust, grit, and general debris that you'd expect in a location of this type.
It was a saving grace at times, as many of the surfaces are under cover making it possible to operate there in times of adverse weather conditions.

Driveway Pressure Washing - Mt Louisa
Our team recently completed a driveway cleaning project for 1Million Strong Gym in Mount Louisa, giving the side entrance a much-needed refresh. As a high-traffic commercial site with constant vehicle and foot movement, the concrete had built up a fair amount of grime, tyre marks, and stubborn dirt over time. P.S. somebody has a chewing gum addiction!
What looked like a straightforward clean turned out to be a bit more involved — the concrete had deep-set contamination from years of heavy use. Our sodium hypochlorite mix handled most of the organic build-up, but we brought out the surface cleaner to cut through the tougher stains and achieve a perfectly even finish across the entire area.
The end result completely lifted the look of the entryway, giving the gym a sharp, professional appearance to match the quality of their brand. The owners were stoked with the result, and so were we!
