Commercial buildings usually see a lot of foot traffic and usage so it's important to be proactive about the cleaning schedule. At The Pressure Washing Company we offer one-off exterior building cleans or a regularly scheduled maintenance clean for those wanting to take their presentation and hygiene seriously.

Commercial spaces often have the following contaminants that require tailored and professional cleaning solutions:

We're uniquely positioned and have the skills, experience, staff numbers, and ability to deliver complex exterior cleaning projects in built up commercial environments.

Our team conduct a pre-start site assessment on each job, identifying the most effective and efficient methodology for the task, and any potential risks. We have the training and equipment to be able to safely manage pedestrians and traffic.

We do not use high pressure on the sides of buildings unless it's planned and absolutely necessary. Building exteriors are designed to be weatherproof, but highly pressurised water can bypass seals, damage paintwork, and cause expensive repair costs. You don't want that, and neither do we.

For those rare occasions where something doesn't go to plan, we hold $20m public liability cover and Workers Compensation insurance.
